AC Koversada - Dječja plaža is a cultivated beach located in Vrsar, at the Koversada campsite. The beach features sandy surface with stone plates in parts, backed by low vegetation including grass and bushes. The coastline is indented with a mild slope leading to a moderate underwater slope. The beach extends 280 metres in length and 20 metres in width.

Adriatic Sea. Average sea temperature during the season is 23.96°C. Salinity ranges from 34.5 to 39.2. Tide amplitude is 49.2 cm. Prevailing wind direction is north-east.

Location

Located in Vrsar at Koversada. Free parking is available. Beach access is via non-asphalt road.

Sanitary facility, shower, changing room, playground, bench, trashcan, sea buoys, and floating safety lines.

Season

Monitoring conducted annually from 2009 to 2025, with 10 samples collected each year.

Water Quality

Water quality monitoring conducted annually with 10 samples per year and 40 samples per four-year assessment period under both Croatian regulation and EU Directive 2006/7/EZ. Quality classifications range from excellent to poor.
