Adriatic Sea beach with a strait coastline. Beach length 170 metres, beach width 20 metres. Coastal slope is mild (less than 15 degrees). Underwater coastal slope is moderate (15 to 25 degrees). Tide amplitude is 35.4 centimetres. Prevailing wind direction is north.

Medulin, Croatia. Beach attainability is by pedestrian path. Free parking is available.

Monitoring conducted throughout the year with 10 annual samples. Four-year assessment periods conducted from 2009-2012 through 2022-2025.

Water Quality

Water quality has been monitored annually since 2009 with 10 samples per year. Four-year assessment periods are also conducted with 40 samples per period. Assessment results show classifications of excellent, good, sufficient, and poor ratings under both Croatian national regulation and EU Directive 2006/7/EZ.
