Sandy beach with equipped areas (stabilimento balneare). Free beach sections are available.

Water Quality

Classified as elevated quality. One active urban wastewater treatment plant serving over 2,000 inhabitants is present in the reference municipality. Mollusk farming has been identified as a source of pollution. Specific monitoring for pollutant concentration during the bathing season is not currently active.

Risks

Mollusks farming identified as a potential pollution source. An adequate modeling approach for short-duration pollution events is still under study.
