Water quality classification: Excellent (years 2020–2021–2022–2023). Identified pollution sources include: emergency discharge at via Annecchino (height of via V. Emanuele) at coordinates 40.83154°N, 14.10246°E; untreated discharge from Prysmian at 40.831725°N, 14.104495°E; and emergency discharge at via Annecchino (height of via Fascione) at 40.831622°N, 14.10556°E. Wastewater is conveyed to the Naples West (Cuma) treatment plant.
