Cēsu aktīvās atpūtas parks "Karjers" occupies a former dolomite mine near Cēsis, now filled with a clear-water lake. The site includes a wake park with equipment rental for wakeboarding, SUP, and other water sports, along with food service on the grounds. A separate public swimming area is located on the opposite side of the lake from the main facility.
