Cannazzellu lies near Capo Comino, within reach of San Teodoro, and can also be reached on foot from Berchida beach. Access is via a dirt road of about 5 km, recommended for motorbikes or four-wheel-drive vehicles, or by walking along the coast. The beach faces open sea with clear water and has no facilities on site.
