Ciuleanu-Veres Beach has restricted access, with entry controlled by on-site management and set opening hours; barbed wire fencing runs along parts of the shoreline. Paid parking is available near the site, or visitors can walk approximately 10 minutes from a more distant lot. Natural shade and space for children's activities are present at the beach.
