La Rague is a sandy beach in Mandelieu-la-Napoule with clear water, located along Route Nationale 98. The beach consists of two coves oriented southwest to northeast and extends approximately 200 metres in length with a maximum width of 40 metres. It is cleaned daily using a screening machine. Dogs, barbecues, and fires are prohibited.

Water

Mediterranean Sea bathing zone. Sandy beach in cove formation. Swimming zone extends approximately 200 metres long and 300 metres wide, delimited by spherical buoys. Beach surface area: 6,122 m². Clear water.

Location

Located in Mandelieu-la-Napoule along RN98, south of Plage de la Raguette and north of Port de la Rague. Access via RN98. Parking available. GPS coordinates: 43°31'06.47" N 6°56'25.20" E.

Facilities

Toilets, showers, parking, emergency call point, daily cleaning service, spherical buoys for zone delimitation.

Water Quality

No phytoplankton blooms reported on the beach. Water quality is monitored.

Risks

Coastal currents in the bathing zone are quasi-null; any pollution will remain in the bathing area until complete dilution. Bacterial flux from rainfall runoff is present depending on precipitation intensity.
