Drängsjön is a lake bathing spot located approximately five kilometres northeast of Åkersberga town. The bathing area is situated in a cove on the eastern side of the lake. The beach consists of a 40-metre-wide sandy strand with surrounding rocks. A pair of jetties extend into the cove.
