Dwejra Inland Sea is an enclosed pebble beach located in St Lawrence, Gozo, situated within a quasi-circular solution subsidence structure. The site is accessed either via a cave tunnel or through a road from the main parking area. The inland sea is relatively sheltered and not directly exposed to the open coast. The terrestrial area has conserved most of its natural context with significant geological, geomorphological, ecological, archaeological, historical and aesthetic features.
