Dzika Plaża is a bathing beach located in Nieporęt on the southern shore of Lake Zegrzyński. Water Quality

Water quality classification for 2025: Satisfactory. For 2024: Satisfactory. For 2023: Excellent. Historical classifications show predominantly excellent quality from 2016–2023, with recent decline to satisfactory in 2024–2025. Maximum permitted concentrations: Escherichia coli 1000 CFU(MPN)/100 ml; enterococci 400 CFU(MPN)/100 ml. Cyanobacterial blooms have been identified as a recurrent pollution source in summer months.

Risks

Cyanobacterial blooms (zakwit sinic) occur frequently during summer months. Red flag warning issued due to turbid water, lack of transparency, algal film, and green streaks. Elevated E. coli and enterococci levels have occurred during specific periods.
