East End Beach is located on Inishturk island, with views toward the Twelve Pins, Mweelrea, and Croagh Patrick on the mainland. The beach has white sand and is reached on foot from the island's main settlement, where a sauna and the Galley Restaurant are available nearby. There are no facilities directly on the beach itself.
