Gnjilova is located along the coastal path between Baška and Vela Luka, reachable via hiking trail or through an adjacent campsite access point requiring reservation. The beach has a rocky and pebble shoreline with clear sea water, and offers limited shade, with some shelter available on a small rocky ledge above the water. No formal facilities are present on site.
