Großer Plöner See, Prinzenbad is a bathing area located on the western side of Prinzeninsel, opposite the boat dock. It features a gently sloping sandy beach approximately 100 metres long. The bathing spot is accessible only on foot, by bicycle, or by excursion boat.

Großer Plöner See, Prinzenbad 147. Parking available at Ascheberger Chaussee. The bathing area is reached on foot, by bicycle, or excursion boat from the Prinzeninsel.

Facilities

DLRG lifeguard station (telephone 0 45 22/ 25 52), kiosk, toilets, playground, volleyball net in summer.
