Grado - Lido del Carabiniere is a sandy beach bathing area located in the coastal lagoon zone of Grado in Friuli Venezia Giulia region. The beach is situated on a coastal strip in a lagoon and land reclamation area. The bathing water achieved an excellent quality classification based on monitoring data from 2015-2018, with no significant variations in water quality observed during these seasons.

Coastal marine waters in a lagoon area. The water body is part of the Fossalon - Mula di Muggia system and receives tributaries from the Marano and Grado lagoons. Monitoring station located at coordinates 45.684011°N, 13.452408°E.

Grado, Friuli Venezia Giulia region, province of Gorizia, Italy. Coordinates: 45.678798°N, 13.447221°E. The bathing area extends approximately 1.09 km.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: Excellent (reference years 2015-2018). Escherichia Coli (90th percentile): 48 CFU/100ml, (95th percentile): 68 CFU/100ml. Intestinal Enterococci (90th percentile): 25 CFU/100ml, (95th percentile): 41 CFU/100ml. No sustained eutrophic phenomena caused by cyanobacteria have been reported. No toxic algal blooms detected.
