Hotel Borovnik is a cultivated beach located in Tisno, Croatia, featuring a pebbled surface with concrete structures. The beach is 60 metres long and 15 metres wide, situated along an indented coastline with a mild underwater slope. It functions as a hotel beach with high bather density during the swimming season.

Adriatic Sea. Average sea temperature during season: 23.13°C. Salinity ranges from 32.6 to 39.9 during the season. Tide amplitude: 28.9 cm. Prevailing wind direction: north. Underwater coastal slope is mild (less than 15 degrees).

Tisno, Croatia. Access via asphalt road. Parking is not available. The beach is operated by Hotel Borovik.

Season

Monitoring conducted throughout the year with samples taken during the season.

Water Quality

Water quality has been monitored annually since 2009, with 10 samples taken per year from 2010 onwards (8 samples in 2009). Monitoring continues under both Croatian national bathing water regulations and EU Directive 2006/7/EZ. Four-year assessment periods show consistent monitoring from 2009–2012 through 2022–2025.
