Janowice is a bathing area located on a reservoir in the Plewka River catchment. The reservoir covers 14 hectares of standing water and is surrounded by forests and meadows. The bathing zone is situated within the buffer zone of Kazimierz Landscape Park and borders a NATURA 2000 protected area. Tourism and recreational infrastructure has been developed at the site while preserving its ecological values. The bathing shoreline extends 45 metres.
