Jesolo lido is a heavily anthropized beach located on the Adriatic coast in the Veneto region, extending from the mouth of the Sile River to the mouth of the Piave River. The beach has a width between 50 and 100 meters and experiences very high bather density during the summer season. The coastline runs along a northeast to southwest orientation, with buildings situated less than 100 meters from the waterline and no remaining sand dunes.
