Water Quality

Water quality classification: Unable to be determined for 2025, 2024, 2021, and 2020. Monitoring data shows E. coli and faecal enterococci levels measured in CFU/100 ml. Reference values are 1000 CFU/100 ml for E. coli and 100 CFU/100 ml for faecal enterococci. Samples from 2025 show E. coli levels ranging from <10 to 1700 CFU/100 ml and faecal enterococci from <30 to 190 CFU/100 ml.

Risks

Microbial contamination indicated by faecal enterococci and E. coli levels. A sample from 17 July 2025 recorded E. coli at 1700 CFU/100 ml, exceeding the reference value.
