The municipal bathing beach in Koronowo is located in the Pieczyska district on the Koronowski Reservoir. The area features recreational and sports facilities with necessary infrastructure, but no urban development in the immediate vicinity. The reservoir supports approximately 450 yachts and numerous fishing boats, with water sports equipment rentals and sailing club marinas available nearby.

Location

Koronowo, Wypoczynkowa 6 (Pieczyska), Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, Bydgoszcz District. The Pieczyska area has paved roads and parking throughout. Retail and food service establishments are located on Wypoczynkowa Street and Warszawskie Street.

Designated swimming zone, beach recreation and sports area, dock/pier, mooring for water equipment, designated grilling/fire areas, water intake point, disabled access, waste bins, toilets, showers, changing rooms, WOPR flag mast, lifeguard, children's swimming area, children's beach area, pet ban, information board, bathing regulations available for review.

28 June 2025 to 31 August 2025. Operating hours: 10:00–18:00.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: Excellent (2016–2025). All monitoring results show water suitable for bathing. Maximum permissible concentrations: Escherichia coli 1000 CFU(NPL)/100 ml; Enterococci 400 CFU(NPL)/100 ml. Recent 2025 measurements show E. coli and enterococci levels well below limits.
