The lake has a minimum depth of 4.7 meters and maximum depth of 8.9 meters, with a surface area of 1.04 square kilometers.

Kozielsko, Damasławek municipality, Wągrowiec County, Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, Poland. Located below 200 meters above sea level.

Water Quality

Water quality classification for 2025: Good. Maximum permissible concentrations: Escherichia coli 1000 CFU/100 ml, Enterococci 400 CFU/100 ml. Multiple water quality assessments conducted throughout bathing seasons from 2016–2025. Water suitability varied from suitable to unsuitable, with unsuitability primarily linked to elevated Enterococci or E. coli levels. Quality ratings have ranged from Excellent (2015) to Unsatisfactory (2020–2022).

Risks

Elevated Enterococci and E. coli levels have been recorded during certain monitoring periods, resulting in water unsuitable for bathing on multiple dates, particularly in 2019 and 2020.
