The bathing area is located on Lake Kamionkowskie in Kamionki Małe, in the municipality of Łysomice. The beach extends 349 metres along the shoreline and covers 1.86 hectares. Lake Kamionkowskie is a reservoir with no surface inflows, fed by groundwater and precipitation. The lake and surrounding area are situated within the protected landscape of the Drwęca Valley.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: Excellent (2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014), Good (2020, 2019, 2018). Maximum permissible concentrations: Escherichia coli 1000 CFU/100 ml, Enterococci 400 CFU/100 ml. Recent 2025 measurements show E. coli levels of 15–46 CFU/100 ml and Enterococci levels of 1–11 CFU/100 ml, all well below thresholds.
