The beach features a designated swimming zone and recreational sports area along a 500-meter shoreline. Location

Łeba, Pomeranian Voivodeship, Lęborsk County. Located to the right of the port channel towards the Neptune hotel. The nearest guarded beach (Beach East) is 500 meters away near Leśna and Sosnowa streets.

Facilities

Lifeguards present, designated swimming zone in water, recreational sports zone on beach, water intake point, disabled access, waste bins, toilets, changing rooms, WOPR flag mast, information board, pets prohibited.

Season

1 July 2025 to 31 August 2025. Operating hours: 9:30 to 17:30.

Water Quality

Water quality classification for 2025: Good. Maximum allowable concentrations: Escherichia coli 1000 CFU(NPL)/100 ml, Enterococci 400 CFU(NPL)/100 ml. Recent testing on 13 August 2025 classified water as suitable for bathing with E. coli at 15 CFU/100 ml and Enterococci at 13 CFU/100 ml. Historically, unsuitable water conditions were caused by cyanobacterial blooms (July 2025, July 2018) and E. coli exceedances (July-August 2024, August 2023).

Risks

Cyanobacterial blooms have been documented (21 July 2025, 27 July 2018). E. coli contamination has occurred (11 July 2024, 25 July 2024, 18 August 2023). Petroleum products were detected on 8 July 2018.
