Lake Dobrogoszcz. Surface area of the catchment basin is 0.533 km². Maximum depth is 6.6 metres, average depth is 3.2 metres. Shoreline length designated for bathing is 40 metres. Elevation is 188.1 metres above sea level.

Location

Dobrogoszcz village, Kościerzyna County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland. The beach is managed by Gmina Kościerzyna Department of Sport, Culture and Tourism, located at ul. Strzelecka 9, Kościerzyna.

28 June 2025 to 31 August 2025. Operating hours 10:00–18:00.

Water Quality

Water suitable for bathing. Excellent water quality classification in 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, and 2021. Monitoring shows E. coli and enterococci levels well below maximum permissible concentrations. Permissible limits: E. coli 1000 CFU/100 ml, enterococci 400 CFU/100 ml. Algal blooms have been identified as occasional pollution events in multiple years (2018–2025).

Risks

Cyanobacterial algal blooms, which have resulted in water unsuitable for bathing on multiple dates across the monitoring period.
