Koločep - Dun Đivan is a natural beach located on the island of Koločep near Dubrovnik, Croatia. The beach features a sandy surface with rocky sections and is bordered by low and high vegetation. It has a mild coastal slope and an indented coastline shape. The beach is situated outside urban areas in an ecological network protected zone.

Natural sea beach with an indented coastline. Beach length 75 metres, width 5 metres. Mild underwater coastal slope (less than 15 degrees). Average sea temperature during season 23.61°C. Salinity ranges from 30.2 to 38.7 during the season. Tide amplitude 22 centimetres. Prevailing wind from the north.

Location

Dubrovnik; Koločep island. Accessible only by seaside. No parking available.

Season

Monitoring conducted year-round with data collection from 2009 onwards.

Water Quality

Water quality monitored under EU Directive 2006/7/EZ and Croatian regulation. Annual sampling conducted from 2009 to 2025, with 10 samples per year (9 samples in 2009). Four-year assessment periods show consistent monitoring with 40 samples per period.
