Kupalište Soline is a partially cultivated beach located on the island of Hvar in the Jelsa/Vrboska area. The beach features a pebble surface with concrete structures and is lined with trees. It measures 350 metres in length and 20 metres in width along an indented coastline with mild underwater slopes. Average sea temperature during the season reaches 24.62°C.

Season

Monitoring occurs annually throughout the year with 10 samples per annum.

Water Quality

Water quality monitoring has been conducted annually since 2009 with 10 samples per year. Multi-year assessments covering 40 samples per period are available. Water quality classifications of excellent, good, sufficient, and poor are used under both Croatian regulation and EU Directive 2006/7/EC.
