Plage de la Digue is a 400-metre sandy beach located in Tarnos in the Landes department of southwestern France. The beach extends over five kilometres and forms part of the Atlantic coastline characterized by dunes and strong oceanic influences. Two monitored swimming zones operate during summer: Plage du Métro and Plage de la Digue. The beach is bounded to the south by the Adour estuary and backed by an extensive industrial and commercial zone.
