LOC. PATRESI is a rocky beach bathing area located in the municipality of Marciana on the Island of Elba in the Tuscany region. The area covers 5.41 square kilometres and is characterised by urbanised zones. It is classified as a coastal water body (A3 category) and has been designated as an excellent quality bathing water.
