Loe Bar is a shingle beach near Porthleven, separating the sea from Loe Pool, a freshwater lake. Swimming and boating are prohibited due to dangerous riptides and steep sea-level drops. Access is via a coastal footpath, roughly a 20-minute walk from the nearest car park, with no facilities on site.
