Water Quality

Water quality classification: Excellent (2020–2023). Wastewater from the area is conveyed to treatment plants at Naples East (Napoli Est) and Naples West (Cuma).

Risks

Multiple rainwater discharge points along via Caracciolo and an emergency overflow discharge from Villa Comunale's lifting system are identified as pollution sources.
