Mansands lies along the coast between Kingswear and Brixham in South Devon, reached via a National Trust car park followed by a steep, uneven track, or via the coastal footpath. The beach is partly sandy with pebbles and rocks suited to rock pooling, and a stream from a nearby lake crosses the shore to meet the sea. There are no cafes, seating, or other amenities on site, though dogs are permitted.
