Milford-on-sea is a resort beach on the Hampshire coast with views of the Isle of Wight and the Needles. The beach is mostly shingle with a concrete sea wall and timber groynes, but there is some sand at the waters edge in places. At the top of the beach is a coastal path, backed the coast road and the town of Milford-on-Sea.
