Molunat is a partially cultivated beach located in the Konavle region of southern Croatia. The beach features a predominantly sandy surface with some concrete structures and is bordered by trees. It has an indented coastline with a mild underwater slope and extends 190 meters in length with an average width of 5 meters.

Location

Molunat is situated in Konavle, Croatia, accessible by asphalt road. The beach coordinates are 42.4535°N, 18.4348°E. Parking is not available at the beach.

Facilities

Floating safety lines protect the beach front. A café bar and camping area are available nearby. Boat docking is available outside the beach area. The beach is managed by the Konavle concessionaire.

Water quality monitoring occurs year-round with regular sampling throughout each season.

Water Quality

Water quality is monitored under both Croatian national regulations and EU Directive 2006/7/EZ with 10 samples collected annually. Assessment categories include excellent, good, sufficient, and poor ratings. Monitoring data spans from 2009 to 2025.
