The Südstrand (South Beach) of Fehmarn is a Baltic Sea bathing beach located on the southern coast of the island, extending from Burgtiefe to Meeschendorf on a barrier spit approximately 4 km from the town and island centre of Burg. The beach area provides good infrastructure with a variety of additional recreational facilities.
