Olpenitz is a bathing site in Schleswig-Flensburg district located in the outer area of the former Olpenitz naval base. The artificially constructed sandy beach is connected to the Baltic Sea via the harbour entrance. The beach has a length of 150 metres. The 150-hectare Ostsee Resort Olpenitz is located in the surrounding area.
