Övre Rudasjön is a bathing lake in Haninge municipality. The beach features a shallow sand beach approximately 50 metres long that transitions into a grassy area used for picnicking and grilling. Rock cliffs for bathing surround the lake, and trees border the beach on its sides. The lake covers an area of 0.113 km² and is part of the Tyreså drainage basin. The surrounding Rudans Friluftsområde recreational area has exercise facilities and changing rooms and has been protected as a nature reserve since 2010.
