Ovsištská riviéra is located along the Danube River, within reach of the city yet set apart from urban surroundings. The riverbank features a rocky shoreline, occasionally slippery due to algae, and offers swimming, walking, and cycling access. At low water levels, the Ovšistká kosa sandbar becomes exposed, allowing for additional swimming areas, and river mussels can be found along the shore.
