Challes-les-Eaux is a bathing water body in the Savoie department of France. It is a man-made lake equipped with a bottom valve for draining and a reservoir to regulate water level. The lake is fed by the Mère river upstream of the Nant de la Boiserrette stream. Water quality monitoring has been conducted since 2008 as part of European bathing water directives.
