Platja Fredosa is located in the Montgrí, Medes Islands, and Baix Ter Natural Park near Torroella de Montgrí in Catalonia, along the Mediterranean coast. Access to the beach is currently prohibited by the nature park authorities, with fines of €100 imposed for violations.
