Water body classification: Excellent. E. coli and Enterococcus concentrations remained well within excellent standards throughout 2008–2010. Historical contamination: none recorded. Adjacent shellfish production zone (GAL 08/01) classified as zone B with no recorded antecedents.

Risks

Short-duration contamination risk from occasional discharges associated with precipitation: not significant. Localised discharge risk: not identified.
