Cala San Vicent is an artificial bathing beach located on the island of Ibiza in the Balearic Islands. The beach extends 380 metres in length with a width of 53 metres and features coarse sand with a gentle slope. It is a free-access recreational bathing area with daily use patterns and medium visitor flow, primarily attracting non-local users. The beach is equipped with a promenade and offers pedestrian, vehicle, and disabled access.

Water

Artificial bathing zone 380 metres long and 53 metres wide with coarse sand substrate and gentle slope. The water body shows no currents, whirlpools, or undertow. Water mass classification: EIMC04M4, located between Punta Grossa and Cala Llenya.

Located on Ibiza in the municipality of Sant Joan de Lebrija, Balearic Islands, Spain. Pedestrian access, vehicle access, and parking are available. Disabled access is provided.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: Excellent (2019–2022). Historical status: Very Good (2007–2009), Good (2018–2019), Good (2022–2023). Short-duration pollution episodes (less than 72 hours): 1 recorded in 2021, none in other years. No exceptional pollution episodes recorded. Floating waste accumulation level: Very Low across all years.

Risks

Occasional jellyfish occurrences. No history of phytoplankton or cyanobacteria proliferation.
