Es Pinet is a natural sandy beach located on the island of Ibiza in the Balearic Islands. The beach is 109 metres long and 28 metres wide with a gentle slope and fine sand. It experiences high visitor numbers and is used daily for recreational purposes, primarily by non-resident users. The water is calm with no currents, whirlpools, or rip tides.

Identified pollution sources include two wastewater treatment plants (EBARs), Sant Antoni wastewater discharge outfall, septic tanks, vessels, and rainwater runoff.

Risks

Occasional jellyfish. No history of phytoplankton or cyanobacteria blooms.
