The bathing zone is classified as Excellent. E. coli and Enterococcus concentrations show values within the Excellent classification threshold. No historical antecedents of contamination are recorded. Adjacent shellfish production zone (GAL 11/07 Enseada de Baiona) is classified as Zone B with no antecedents.

Risks

Short-duration contamination risks from occasional discharges associated with precipitation episodes are not significant. No localized discharge risks are identified.
