Water Quality

Water quality classification: Excellent. E. coli and Enterococcus concentrations monitored across 2008–2010 showed levels consistent with excellent classification. No historical contamination antecedents identified.

Risks

Strong wave conditions and windy exposure noted. No short-duration contamination risks identified from occasional discharges associated with precipitation events or localised discharges.
