Playa de Salinas is a 250-metre-long coastal bathing beach in Luarca, Asturias, featuring dark sand and a variable width of approximately 75 metres. The beach experiences macrotidal conditions with a tidal range exceeding 4 metres and moderate wave action. Water renewal occurs within seven days, and the beach has a high occupancy rate in an urban setting. It has been awarded the Blue Flag designation in 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, and 2015.
