Posto Cosso is a rocky coastal bathing area located in Alliste, in the Lecce province of Puglia, Italy. It is classified as excellent water quality based on monitoring data from 2017–2020. The area has no wastewater treatment plant discharges or river mouths that could convey pollutants into the bathing zone. No short-duration pollution events have been recorded in the past four years, and there are no signs of cyanobacterial or toxic algal blooms.

Water quality classification: Excellent (2017–2020). No wastewater discharges are present in the profile area, and no rivers or canals convey pollution sources into the bathing zone. No short-duration pollution events were recorded over the past four years.
