Praia de Lourido is located in Sada on the Costa Doce, nestled at the foot of 50-meter cliffs between Punta de Lourido and Punta de Armenteiro. Access to the beach requires climbing rocks and suitable footwear, with the main beach area positioned to the north of the cove.
