Praia do Submarino sits along the Algarve coast, named for a rock formation resembling a submarine positioned in front of the shore. Access is on foot along the cliffs or by water, and during low tide neighboring beaches can be reached through connecting caves. The beach has no facilities and is known as a clothing-optional spot.
