Prebersee is a natural lake located on the southern slope of the Lower Tauern in the central alpine zone at an elevation of approximately 1500 meters near the border with Styria. The lake has a surface area of approximately 5.4 hectares and is classified as a brown-water lake. It is a natural freshwater body situated in an alpine environment.
