S'arena, s'acqua e s'ollastu is located along a coastal stretch featuring sand dunes and coarse-to-fine sand with a quartz sand bottom. The sea deepens quickly close to shore, and water clarity is affected by wind direction from the west, which can create surf extending toward the shoreline. Access is via an asphalted road, with parking available and both lido facilities and public beach sections, including a couple of refreshment points.
